Our main priority at WSDA is to support and nurture our students and help them fulfill their potential. We pride ourselves on the ability to not only teach our students how to dance, but how to be a more confident individual and a dedicated team player.
Our ballet, tap and modern classes follow the ISTD syllabus and we also offer street, musical theatre, contemporary, stretch, gymnastics, singing, show, and competition classes.
We have students who attend various associate classes across the country and perform in various pantomimes and external shows throughout the year.

Wendy Searle Dance Academy opened it’s doors for the first time in September 2016. Without a permanent studio, we began teaching classes from various community halls in Maghull, Aintree and Melling. In February 2018 we were lucky enough to find a permanent place to call our own in Maghull which we have since expanded into various studios and musical theatre rooms. We pride ourselves on being a family rather than just a dance school. We have a strong sense of school community and our WSDA committee contribute to this by arranging various school events throughout the year.

We perform and compete at various dance events across the country throughout the year and every 2 years we hold our school show at St. Helens Royal Theatre in which all classes perform.
